The TU’AAM shall not be held liable for any inability to supply a product due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
In the event that a product is unavailable, the TU’AAM reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative product of equal or greater value.
Delivery Address: Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form.
Delivery Location: Orders will be delivered to the main entrance of the delivery address. However, the rider may carry the order inside at the customer’s request.
Regional Limitations: TU’AAM delivers only to specified regions within Pakistan.
Delivery Times: Delivery times will be agreed upon when the order is placed.
Signature Requirement: Orders must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over.
Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the order, the driver will leave a notification. The customer must contact customer service to re-arrange delivery. A further charge may apply if the driver needs to return to deliver the goods.
Liability: TU’AAM shall not be liable for failed or delayed deliveries due to circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure.
Service Refusal: TU’AAM reserves the right to refuse service to or from any location.
Order Cancellation: TU’AAM may cancel orders due to availability issues, confirmations, or other reasons deemed fit by the company.
The company has a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy.
